Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. So today I made a batch of wonderful puff candy, cinder toffee, honeycomb or hokey pokey …whatever you like to call it! :)
Seriously easy to make…and absolutely delicious. Add a drizzle of chocolate to make this extra delicious!
This takes me right back to my childhood :)
Everything I used will be below.

* 200g (8.8 oz) Golden syrup or corn syrup
* 50g (1.7 oz) Runny honey
* 250g (8.8 oz) White sugar - I used caster sugar
* 3 Teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
* Optional chocolate drizzle
